Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an unlicensed channel assessment method and apparatus, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: determining a first assessment mode corresponding to an unlicensed channel, the first assessment mode comprising an omnidirectional LBT assessment mode or a directional LBT assessment mode; and performing an LBT assessment on the unlicensed channel according to the determined first assessment mode. In the present disclosure, a base station device can assess an unlicensed channel in different modes, i.e., the omnidirectional LBT assessment mode can be used for assessing the unlicensed channel, and the directional LBT assessment mode can also be used for assessing the unlicensed channel. When the base station device uses the omnidirectional LBT assessment mode, coverage can be improved, and when the base station device uses the directional LBT assessment mode, power consumption can be reduced. The base station device can use different assessment modes in different application scenarios to satisfy different assessment requirements.
