Abstract:
A reactor and method for preparing diisocyanate by using a low-temperature gas phase method. The tubular reactor comprises a tubular housing, an external jacket, and a gas distribution device located at the top of the housing; the housing is provided with at least one group of uniformly distributed feeding nozzles; one group of feeding nozzles comprises at least one phosgene feeding nozzle and at least one diamine feeding nozzle; reaction materials are sprayed out by means of the nozzles and then collide with each other in a middle collision region, and thus a reaction effect is enhanced; the gas distribution device is located at the top of the housing and at the upper portions of the feeding nozzles, an inert medium is uniformly distributed by means of the gas distribution device and then refracted at the top of the housing to a collision reaction region, and thus the temperature and concentration of the reaction region are reduced; the mixing of phosgene and amines can be enhanced by means of the reactor; the inert medium is continuously diluted, heat released by reaction is removed in time, generation of byproducts at high temperature is reduced, the wall surface temperature of regions of the tubular housing is controlled to reduce wall surface coking substances, the reaction yield is improved, and the operating cycle of a reaction device is prolonged.
