Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sending and receiving an HARQ-ACK message. The method comprises: a terminal device selecting, on the basis of a first sub-time unit, a first PUCCH resource from at least one first PUCCH resource set, wherein the first sub-time unit refers to a sub-time unit where an HARQ-ACK message is located; the first PUCCH resource refers to a PUCCH resource in the first sub-time unit; and the at least one first PUCCH resource set is configured by a network device on the basis of a time unit for the terminal device; and the terminal device sending the HARQ-ACK message to the network device on the basis of the first PUCCH resource. By means of the method, mass reconfiguration of high-layer signalling, and abnormal situations, such as a PUCCH resource falling out of a sub-time unit or the PUCCH resource crossing a boundary of a time unit, can be avoided.
