Abstract:
A system is disclosed (e.g. a non-public network) in which a base station operates a closed access group (CAG) cell. The base station performs a Radio Resource Control (RRC) setup or RRC resume procedure for a user equipment (UE) in the CAG cell, and obtains information identifying at least one non-public network that the UE is authorised to access. The base station verifies, based on the obtained information and based on information identifying the CAG cell, whether the UE is authorised to access that non-public network, and stores, in an associated UE context, information indicating that the UE is authorised to access that non-public network to which that cell belongs.
