Abstract:
Provided is a calculation method for an FDM type or an FFF type three-dimensional printer, a three-dimensional printing preview calculation method comprising the steps of: (a) allowing an input module (110) of a control unit (100) to load a three-dimensional modeling file (STL) which is an object to be outputted; (b) allowing a material information management module (120) to load, from a material database (121), material information including a strain parameter of a selected material; (c) allowing a preview module (130) to generate mechanical path information by layer-slicing the three-dimensional modeling file (STL) loaded in step (a); (d) allowing the preview module (130) to calculate an expected temperature and an expected movement speed of a nozzle by using the mechanical path information generated in step (c); (e) allowing the preview module (130) to calculate a height change value in each mechanical path unit layer-sliced in step (c) by using the material information loaded in step (b) and the expected temperature and the expected movement speed of the nozzle which are calculated in step (d); (f) allowing the preview module (130) to calculate image data as a three-dimensional printing preview by applying the height change value calculated in step (e) to the mechanical path information generated in step (c); and (g) allowing an output module (150) to output the image data generated in step (f) as the three-dimensional printing preview.
