Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for combined control of the speed and the pressure of an orbital hydraulic press. A hardware system mainly comprises: a displacement sensor (1), used to measure displacement of a piston of a master cylinder; a master cylinder (2), used to provide thrust to drive a slider and a ram; a first pressure sensor (3), used to measure the pressure of an action chamber of the master cylinder; a proportional control valve (4), used to adjust the rate of a flow entering the action chamber of the master cylinder; a second pressure sensor (5), used to measure the pressure of a constant-pressure oil source (6); a constant-pressure oil source (6), used to provide a constant-pressure hydraulic oil source; and a controller (7), used to acquire signals of the displacement sensor (1), the first pressure sensor (3), and the second pressure sensor (5), perform control and calculation, and transmit a control instruction signal to the proportional control valve (4). Speed control and pressure control of the orbital hydraulic press are combined by means of a least absolute value algorithm used for the control signal, thereby achieving automatic planning of a control target and smooth switching between control modes, and reducing difficulties in coordination between speed control and pressure control in an orbital forming process.
