Abstract:
A method for configuring device information of a home device, and an electronic device, the method for configuring device information of a home device comprising: using the features of multiple houses with identical layouts or symmetrical layouts, a first three-dimensional model serves as a template model of the location of home devices; an installation and maintenance device acquires multiple items of location information of multiple home devices installed in a second house and, on the basis of the multiple items of location information of the multiple home devices in the second house, generates a second three-dimensional model. If the first three-dimensional model and the second three-dimensional model are successfully matched, the installation and maintenance device automatically configures the device information of the home devices in the second house according to the device information of the home devices in the first house, so that the device information of the home devices in one house or multiple houses can be configured simultaneously without requiring installation and maintenance personnel to configure the device information of each home device in each home one by one, thereby increasing the efficiency of installation and maintenance processes.
