Abstract:
It is intended to provide a technique of obtaining a recombinant vector wherein a single gene fragment is surely inserted into a single vector without causing self-ligation of the vector or forming any clones having plural fragments inserted into a vector. Namely, a recombinant vector is obtained by effecting PCR with the use of full-length complementary chains in a gene fragments as primers and a vector having a homologous sequence hybridizable with the gene as a template.
