The present disclosure relates to the technical field of strain cultivation, and specifically, relates to a method for cultivating a Tremella strain. The pure white mycelium of Tremella and the mycelium of cohabitant fungi are intermingled to cultivate a Tremella fungus species, the inoculation ratio being controlled to be 50:1–75:1; the cohabitant fungi mycelium grows well, and can promote the growth and development of Tremella mycelium, ensuring the high yield and stability of strains; by means of proper illumination, the cellulase activity is increased, ensuring the strong and robust development of the bacterial strain.
