Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a step (S1) of receiving injection-molded articles; a step (S3) of mounting the injection-molded articles on a first stage and aligning the injection-molded articles by a first alignment device; a step (S4) of cutting the injection-molded articles by selecting whether to simultaneously or selectively cut the injection-molded articles by a first cutting device; a step (S5) of inspecting the cut states of the cut injection-molded articles by a first vision device; a step (S6) of mounting the cut injection-molded articles on a second stage and aligning the cut injection-molded articles by a second alignment device; a step (S7) of additionally cutting the cut injection-molded articles by a second cutting device; a step (S9) of removing, by a vacuum suction device, foreign substances from cut parts of the injection-molded articles, for which cutting has been completed; and a step (S10) of moving a plate body, for which cutting has been completed, to a packaging part and packaging the same. Thus, the present invention has the advantage of providing high-quality injection-molded articles by aligning and cutting the cut parts of the injection-molded articles so as to meet the needs of a user.
