Abstract:
Provided is a simple test method that can be used universally and makes it possible to detect a wide variety of colon cancers with high sensitivity less invasively than conventional colon cancer test methods. A colon cancer test, screening or diagnostic method, and a kit used in said method, said method including detecting abnormal DNA methylation of multiple genes in a sample derived from bowel lavage fluid (BLF) obtained from a subject.
