Abstract:
A method for activating the surface of vapor, liquid or solid capable of imparting chemical/biochemical activity of a high energy bond compound, e.g. ATP to the surface of vapor, liquid or solid, and a solid surface hydrophilizing method for rendering the surface of solid super-hydrophilic. A container (40) is filled with water (41) (S20) and disposed in a space (11) where the water (41) and the container (40) are shielded from the external magnetic field by a magnetic field shielding means (10) (S21), the water (41) and the container (40) are held at a constant temperature (S22), an AC magnetic field is generated in the space (11) by a magnetic field applying means (30) (S23), visible light is supplied to the space (11) by a light irradiating means (20) (S24), the container (40) and the water (41) are shielded from the external magnetic field by the magnetic field shielding means (10) and held at a constant temperature, an AC magnetic field is applied to the container (40) and the water (41), light is applied to them, water (41) on the inner surface of the container (40) is extracted (S25) after 12 or more hours passes from the light application, and water in the container (40) is removed (S26).
