Abstract:
A database 3 is preliminarily established of oxidation induction time Tg …, which represents the degradation of different types of resins R … based on a combination of multiple oxidation induction conditions X … including different heating temperatures TH … and the different types of resins R …. When molding conditions are set, processing for deriving an oxidation induction time is performed to thereby determine, from the database 3, an oxidation induction time Tg based on an oxidation induction condition X including at least a set heating temperature TH and a resin R to be used, and at the same time, to compare the determined oxidation induction time Tg with a residence time Ts of the resin R having been molten, the residence time being calculated from the set molding conditions and representing a time until the molten resin is filled in a mold 2. If said oxidation induction time Tg is shorter relative to the residence time Ts, the molding condition is modified to shorten the residence time Ts, or assistance processing for extending the oxidation induction time Tg is performed.
