Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING AND/OR MONITORING A REPEATING PROCESS SEQUENCE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/137760
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The device (28) according to the invention and the method according to the invention are designed to control and/or monitor a process sequence in a machine (10) for machining workpieces (12). In particular, the process sequence repeats periodically for each machining process of a workpiece (12), for example during a repeated molding process of a workpiece (12). A stream of input signals (E) is received, said stream at least partly originating from initially unknown sources. The input signals (E) are transmitted to an input data detection unit (29) and a system processing unit (38). In the input data detection unit (29), the input signals (E) which describe the time curve of the process sequence in the machine when machining the workpiece (12) are extracted. Such input signals are referred to as process sequence signals (P), on the basis of which a process sequence data set (DP) is generated in a specified format. By means of a big data comparison of the process sequence data set (DP) with specified comparison data (C), it is predictively determined how the control of the process sequence can be optimized starting from a current point in time. For this purpose, a current processing step sequence (FA) is ascertained. The current processing step sequence (FA) is then transmitted to the system processing unit (38) and describes which of the input signals (E) are used and how said input signals (E) are linked or are processed in order to generate at least one real-time output signal (A) therefrom.
