Abstract:
A method and device for detecting a stack overflow, an electronic apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: determining, according to stack boundary information in a stack boundary configuration register, whether a current access to a memory address is an unauthorized access event (S101); if so, determining whether the currently accessed memory address meets a preset condition, wherein the preset condition comprises: the currently accessed memory address being located between an address of a top of the stack and an address of a bottom of the stack (S102); and if the preset condition is met, determining that a stack overflow has occurred (S103). The invention enables timely and accurate detection of a stack overflow without having to modify a kernel.
