Provided by the present application are a method and device for DRX configuration, the method comprising: a first base station receiving a DRX period for a split bearer service and acquiring a data link transmission delay and clock difference between the first base station and a second base station; and according to the DRX period, the data link transmission delay and the clock difference, configuring a first DRX starting point position of the first base station.
