Abstract:
A method and device for dynamically switching between Native and JavaCard, the method comprising: writing a compiled firmware version into a security chip, the firmware version comprising a Native COS and a JavaCard COS on the basis of compatible system architecture development; acquiring the personalized state of a root security domain in the firmware version; and if the personalized state indicates that the root security domain does not perform a personalized operation, sending a control instruction to the security chip, so that the security chip dynamically switches between the Native COS and the JavaCard COS in the firmware version according to the control instruction. The dynamic switching between the Native COS and the JavaCard COS in the firmware version is implemented by means of the control instruction, so that only one set of hardware production processes needs to be maintained, thereby greatly enhancing the reusability of production hardware of a production line, and improving the production efficiency of the production line of a smart card.
