Abstract:
In this method for inspecting a tubular body joint, the overall joining quality of a joint 93 between a tubular body 91 and a joined member 92 is determined through the acquisition, for each of a plurality of viewing areas 95 that include the joint 93 and have different positions in the circumferential direction of the tubular body 91, of a vibration distribution for the viewing area 95 that has been optically measured in a collective manner through the application of elastic wave vibration to a joined body 90 composed of the tubular body 91 and joined member 92.
