Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for integrally bonding a number of conductive foils (14) for producing a battery conductor (10) and to a device therefor, wherein the following method steps are carried out: a) applying a holding force (26) to a foil stack (16) consisting of conductive foils (14) by means of a holder (18), b) passing a process gas flow (48) through a flow channel (36) formed by the holder (18) and the foil stack (16), c) producing a roughened region (34) on the uppermost conductive foil of the multiple conductive foils (14) delimiting the flow channel (36) and making up the foil stack (16), and d) producing an assembly seam (32) in the assembly direction (50), between the conductive foils (14) in the foil stack (16).
