Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a method by which a source edge data network provides a service to a terminal in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: predicting a target edge data network for handover of a service provided to a terminal, and a handover time (T_HO), on the basis of mobility information of the terminal, information about a serving cell of the terminal, and information about adjacent cells; transmitting, to a server, information about the predicted target edge data network and the handover time (T_HO); synchronizing the target edge data network with service data before the predicted handover time (T_HO); recognizing the target edge data network and the handover; synchronizing the target edge data network with state data; stopping service provision to the terminal; and canceling the service.
