Abstract:
According to the present invention, hemihydrate and/or type-III anhydrite gypsum granules derived from a waste gypsum board are input into a flow path of an aqueous gypsum slurry containing dihydrate gypsum, and the gypsum granules and the gypsum slurry are mixed and supplied to a dihydrate gypsum deposition tank. The gypsum slurry is supplied from an inlet of the flow path, and the hemihydrate and/or type-III anhydrite gypsum granules derived from the waste gypsum board are input into the gypsum slurry from above. After the input of the gypsum granules, the gypsum slurry is caused to flow to the outlet of the flow path in a state in which the liquid surface at the top of the gypsum slurry is always exposed to air. The gypsum slurry is allowed to fall freely from the outlet of the flow path and is inputted into a pipe. The gypsum slurry: collides with the surface on the far side of the pipe as seen from the outlet and then falls; or falls through the center of the pipe. The present invention suppresses the occurrence of gypsum scaling in a device for mixing gypsum granules derived from waste gypsum boards and a gypsum slurry.
