Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for narrowing down scenarios such that manufacturing plans with high precision in expected values of management indices may be proposed in real time. The method and device propose manufacturing plans with optimal management indices for the most likely scenarios, and compute the management indices for two scenarios when the predicted value of a single factor is changed, as well as the amplitude that is the differential of the management indices. The method and device narrow down the scenarios such that the amplitude falls within a given range, by unifying the predicted values of the factors. The predicted values of the factors are narrowed down by the technique described herein. The manufacturing plan with the optimal precision in expected values of manufacturing indices is thus proposed from the scenarios that are generated from the factors.
