Abstract:
A scheme for resource allocation request and allocation is provided. Based on a certain rule, according to the urgency degree information containing time information for data to be transmitted in multiple mobile terminals, the base station allocates resources for the multiple mobile terminals in a certain order, to provide an average service delay and a good system fairness. The waiting time information for service data to be transmitted for the mobile terminal is added to the resource allocation request of the mobile terminal, to express a certain urgency degree of the service data to be transmitted. Therefore, the problem that current basestation can not know the time urgency degree for the mobile terminal service data according to the resource allocation request when allocating resources for multiple mobile terminals can be solved, resource allocation requests for different time urgency degrees can be differentiated, and based on a predetermined rule, the order for resource allocation for the multiple mobile terminals can be decided after which resource allocation can be performed, so as to reduce the average service delay of the system and improve the performance of the wireless communication network.
