Abstract:
The present application relates to a communication method and device, which may be applied to the Internet of Vehicles, such as V2X, LTE-V, V2V and so on, or may be used in the fields of intelligent driving, intelligent networked vehicles and so on. A first terminal device determines a first idle resource; the first terminal device determines a first resource according to the first idle resource; the first terminal device receives N pieces of second control information from N second terminal devices, the priority of the first terminal device being lower than the priorities of the N second terminal devices; the first terminal device determines that the first resource and second resources contain the same resource, the second resources comprising N first reserved resources of the N second terminal devices; and the first terminal device sends first sidelink information in the first resource by using a second power, the second power being lower than a first power. Therefore, the utilization efficiency of resources may be improved, and the complexity of system processing may be reduced.
