Abstract:
A bag breaking apparatus for a waste bag, comprising a horizontal moving mechanism (1), a vertical moving mechanism (2) which is mounted on the horizontal moving mechanism (1), and a bag breaking mechanism (3) which is mounted on the vertical moving mechanism (2); the bag breaking mechanism (3) comprises a first motor (4) which is mounted on the vertical moving mechanism (2), a first housing (5) which is fixedly connected to an output end of the first motor (4), a second housing (6) which is fixed on the first housing (5), a second motor (31) which is fixed within the first housing (5), a first screw (7) which is fixedly connected to an output end of the second motor (31), a screw block scraper (8) which is rotatingly mounted on the first screw (7), and a cylindrical cutter (9) which is fixed on the second housing (6); the screw block scraper (8) comprises an internal thread block (10) and a blade (11); and the cylindrical cutter (9) is fixed on the second housing (6), a central through hole (12) and a side groove (13) are provided on the cylindrical cutter (9), the side groove (13) penetrating the circumferential side surface of the cylindrical cutter (9), the first screw (7) being located within the central through hole (12) of the cylindrical cutter (9), and the blade (11) penetrating the side groove (13) and being fixedly connected to the internal thread block (10). The bag breaking apparatus can break a waste bag, facilitating the development of waste recycling work, and relates to the technical field of bag breaking apparatuses.
