Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease by using complement component C8 gamma and, more particularly, to a composition for diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease comprising an agent for measuring the expression level of complement component C8 gamma, a kit for diagnosis, and a method for qualitative or quantitative analysis of complement component C8 gamma in order to provide information necessary for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease.
