Abstract:
This method for dispersing conductive particles comprises a step in which in an electrostatic adsorption device 1, including a first electrode 4 having an arrangement part 2, which has electrostatic diffusivity or conductivity and is for arranging particles, and a second electrode 7 having an adsorption part 5, which has electrostatic diffusivity or conductivity and faces the arrangement part 2, an electric field is formed between the first electrode 4 and the second electrode 7, so that blending particles P, which are arranged in the arrangement part 2 and obtained by attaching, to intermediate particles, conductive particles having a particle diameter smaller than those of the intermediate particles, are reciprocated between the arrangement part 2 and the adsorption part 5, thereby causing the conductive particles to be adsorbed onto the adsorption part 5.
