Abstract:
Provided is technology that effectively removes water droplets (moisture) adhering to the inner wall of a container. A method for drying the inner wall of a container comprises a suction evacuation step of suctioning and evacuating a gas from the container and a drying gas supply step of supplying a drying gas into the container. The suctioning and evacuating and the supplying of the drying gas are simultaneously performed, the time that the suctioning and evacuating and the supplying of the drying gas are simultaneously performed is no less than 20 minutes, the drying gas supplying rate is no less than 0.1 L/min, and the pressure in the container when performing the suctioning and exhausting and the supplying of the drying gas simultaneously is 0.1 to 15 kPa.
