Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for efficiently collecting and purifying Orobanche cumana germination stimulants by using aeroponic culture and solid-phase extraction technology. The method comprises: taking sunflower seeds, after germination, planting sunflower seedlings in an aeroponic culture device, and cultivating the sunflower seedlings by using an aeroponic culture system; during an aeroponic culture stage, first cultivating the sunflower seedlings by using a phosphorus-containing aeroponic culture nutrient solution for 20-25 days, and then performing starvation culture treatment by using a phosphorus-free aeroponic culture nutrient solution for 5-7 days; and performing solid-phase extraction on all the nutrient solutions in the aeroponic culture device by means of a solid-phase extraction column so as to obtain Orobanche cumana germination stimulants. According to the present invention, the sunflower seedlings are first cultivated quickly by using the aeroponic culture system technology, then the Orobanche cumana germination stimulants in sunflower root exudates are separated and purified in combination with the solid-phase extraction technology, and the obtained Orobanche cumana germination stimulants have multiple varieties, high concentration and high purity.
