Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of inorganic nonmetallic materials, and relates to a preparation method for a boron nitride nanosheet. According to the present invention, nanosheet-shaped zinc borate is first synthesized as a precursor boron source and a substrate template, ammonia gas is used as a nitrogen source, and a boron nitride nanosheet having good morphology and micron-sized transverse size is prepared at a relatively low temperature. Meanwhile, a nanosheet-shaped zinc borate precursor is prepared by using a one-step precipitation method, the yield is high, and the operation is simple, such that the boron nitride nanosheet prepared by the method has the advantages of adjustable size, high yield, and capability of realizing mass production, and a basis is provided for large-scale application of the boron nitride nanosheet.
