Abstract:
A propane dehydrogenation process, where a system used in the process is a propane dehydrogenation system. The process comprises: heating a raw material, then inserting the raw material into a reactor and performing a reaction to obtain a reaction product, and inserting the reaction product into a subsequent treatment system; and during said heating process, first carrying out heat exchange using waste heat of a reaction product with the raw material in a coil-wound heat exchanger, then further performing heating via a heating furnace, and then inserting same into the reactor to perform the reaction. In the process, the reaction raw material is heated by utilizing waste heat of a reaction product, which effectively recovers and utilizes the waste heat of the reaction product, also effectively mitigates the problem of energy consumption in heating the reaction raw material, and mitigates the problem of a large cooling load of the reaction product; by means of the present system, reaction speed is increased, yield is improved, and propane dehydrogenation costs are effectively reduced.
