Abstract:
A method, equipment and system for confirming the paging transmission channel
are provided, the method includes the steps: controlling radio network controller
RNC obtains the ability information of the mobile station; the controlling RNC
confirms the channel for transmitting the paging information according to the
ability information of the mobile station and the paging domain. A method, equipment
and system for triggering service radio network sub-system relocation are also
provided. In the present invention embodiment, controlling RNC can obtain whether
the mobile station supports the advanced paging ability, so as that it is confirmed
that the mobile station monitors the paging information on the SCCPCH channel
or on the HS-PDSCH channel to avoid the expense of paging after receiving the paging
indication.
