Abstract:
A method for establishing automatic sleep staging. The method comprises: acquiring a plurality of groups of PSG signals and artificial sleep mark information of the PSG signals (110); performing pre-analysis to decompose original time sequences in the PSG signals into a group of similar intrinsic mode functions (120); combining the similar intrinsic mode functions to obtain m groups of time sequence sets (121); performing multiscale entropy analysis to calculate entropy values of the m groups of time sequence sets by using n sampling scales, so as to obtain an entropy matrix with m × n elements (130); establishing a correlation coefficient matrix between consciousness levels and the elements of the entropy matrix, and finding a sampling scale and a filtering scale that correspond to the maximum positive correlation element or the maximum negative correlation element in the correlation coefficient matrix (140), wherein the sampling scale is a coarse-grained scale; and according to the sampling scale and the filtering scale of the maximum positive correlation element or the maximum negative correlation element, calculating entropy values of a person to be tested on the sampling scale and the filtering scale, and determining a sleep state of said person according to the entropy values (150).
