Abstract:

Disclosed by the present disclosure are a method for establishing a risk prediction model, a regional risk prediction method and a corresponding apparatus, which relate to big data technology in the technical field of artificial intelligence. The specific implementation solution is as follows: obtaining training data, the training data comprising the risk level of each sample area and labeling results of the risk levels of regions to which the sample areas belong; using the training data to train an initial model that comprises a coding network, a discrimination network and a classification network, and obtaining a risk prediction model by means of using the coding network and the classification network once training is complete, wherein the coding network obtains feature representation of each sample area by using regional feature coding of the sample areas; according to the feature representations of the sample areas, the discrimination network identifies the risk levels of the regions to which the sample areas belong; and the classification network identifies the risk levels of the sample areas according to the feature representations of the sample areas. Training objectives comprise: minimizing the identification difference of the discrimination network for sample areas belonging to regions that have different risk levels, and minimizing the difference between identification results and the labeling results of the sample areas by the classification network.
