Abstract:
Provided by the present invention is a wide fiber-mesh reinforced plastic laminated composite sheet material, comprising a wide longitudinal sheet material laminate layer and a transverse sheet material laminate layer, the two being layers having at least two layers in an interlocking overlay integrated as one body; the wide longitudinal sheet material laminate layer has a longitudinal body part and a longitudinal side part, the longitudinal body part has a plurality of uniformly distributed longitudinal continuous fibers, and the direction of extension is the same as the direction of length of the laminated composite sheet material; the longitudinal side part is thermoplastic sheet material not containing longitudinal continuous fibers; the transverse sheet material laminate layer has transverse continuous fibers, and the direction of extension is the same as the direction of width of the laminated composite sheet material. The width of the laminated composite sheet material of the present invention may be 2–30 m; during manufacture of large-diameter pipes, the entire sheet is directly continuously hot-melt wrapped and coated, and production efficiency is increased by a factor of 10 or higher; the transverse part containing only transverse continuous fibers may vary with the flaring diameter, forming a variable-diameter flared end, such that industrial production of large-diameter fiber-reinforced plastic pipes is possible.
