Abstract:
A method for fabricating a bulletproof and explosion-proof tubeless tire, comprising: first, attaching an air-tight layer (60) onto a carcass ply (40) to form a carcass air-tight layer, then attaching a steel wire woven layer (51) and an intermediate rubber layer (52) to each other to form an explosion-proof layer (50); completing first-stage forming of the carcass air-tight layer, the explosion-proof layer (50) and a belt ply (20) by using a first-stage forming machine to form a semi-finished green tire, and then completing second-stage forming of the semi-finished green tire and a tread rubber layer (10) by using a second-stage forming machine to form a carcass, and vulcanizing the carcass after storing for 8-96 h to obtain a bulletproof and explosion-proof tire. By means of a two-stage forming process, the problem of an explosion-proof layer being difficult to form due to a metal material being too hard when the carcass is fabricated is solved. In addition, the intermediate rubber layer can reduce the problem of friction heat generation between steel wires, thereby achieving the effect of prolonging the service life.
