Abstract:
A high-definition and high-efficiency display apparatus is provided. Provided is a method for fabricating a light-emitting device, the method comprising: forming a first electrode; forming, on the first electrode, an organic compound layer that includes an intermediate layer comprising an alkaline metal or an alkaline metal compound between a first light-emitting layer and a second light-emitting layer; processing the organic compound layer by a lithography method; performing a heating process; and forming a second electrode that covers the first electrode and the organic compound layer.
