Abstract:
Provided is a method for identifying a protein that is ubiquitinated via a targeted protein degradation inducer, the method comprising: (1) a step for causing a probe that includes an E3 ligase part and a ubiquitin-binding part to act on a cell or an extract thereof in the presence of a targeted protein degradation inducer; and (2) a step for identifying a ubiquitinated protein that has bonded to the probe.
