A METHOD OF IDENTIFYING THE VEHICLE WITH SOME MATTER

The invention discloses a method of identifying the vehicle with some matter ,comprising the following steps:(1) taking a picture of the vehicle by the camera, abstracting the information of the vehicle by the image process soft ,and reading out the encryption information from the electronic license plate by the RF reader-writer which matches with the encryption system of the electronic license plate;(2) comparing the vehicle information obtained by the camera and abstracted by the image process soft with the electronic license plate information obtained by the RF reader-writer ,once the result being not consistent ,judging the vehicle is the vehicle with some matter ,and ordering the vehicle to stop .Because the encrypted electronic license plate can not be imitated ,the RF reader-writer can not read out the electronic license plate information ,or the read electronic license plate information does not match with the vehicle information abstracted by the camera and the image process soft ,if the vehicle is the vehicle with some matter .The invention solves the technical problem in the prior art that the vehicle with some matter can not be identified availably ,caused by the vehicle with some matter was not recorded in the blacklist ,or the false license plate was bought from the fake maker again.
