Abstract:
A method for increasing the supply of yeast strain NADPH and FADH 2, engineering bacteria, and an application thereof. The method comprises the enhancement of NADPH regeneration and the enhancement of intracellular FADH 2 supply. The enhancement of NADPH regeneration comprises: introducing an LmXFPK gene, a CkPTA gene, a TAL1 gene and a TKL1 gene into the yeast strain. The enhancement of intracellular FADH 2 supply comprises: introducing an RIB1 gene and an FLX1 gene into the yeast strain. The problem of insufficient supply of endogenous cofactors in the synthesis process of phenolic acid and the like can be solved, thereby improving the synthesis efficiency of NADPH/FADH 2-dependent natural products such as phenolic acid.
