Abstract:
There is provided a method characterized by including the steps of: (1) effecting binding of a ligand to be received by a cell surface receptor of target cell to a surface protein of vector; and (2) performing cell infection with the resultant vector under at least one condition selected from among low temperature, low oxygen and short time.
