Abstract:

Provided is a method for large-scale preparation of bulky graphene, comprising: performing intercalation treatment on a graphite powder under mild conditions using an acid and an oxidizer, washing off the metal and inorganic ions therein with dilute hydrochloric acid, filtering, drying, and performing high-temperature treatment. The method breaks through a series of bottlenecks in the traditional method caused by washing graphite oxide to neutrality with a large amount of deionized water, which restrict the high-efficiency preparation for graphene, and can easily realize batch production. The lamellar radial size distribution of the prepared graphene is between 20 μm and 200 μm.
