Disclosed is a method for making a model for operation simulation comprising a first step of permitting a computation unit to acquire geometric information relating to an organ from a medical image which shows the organ and is stored in a storage unit and generate volume data relating to the organ, a second step of permitting the computation unit to form nodes by meshing the organ based on the generated volume data after the first step, a third step of permitting the computation unit to form a simulated membrane covering the organ based on the volume data and meshed at the second step, and a fourth step of permitting the computation unit to extend a virtual line from each node on the surface of the organ based on the volume data and meshed at the second step in a direction in which the virtual line crosses the simulated membrane, form a membrane surface node at the intersection between the virtual line and the simulated membrane formed at the third step, dispose an inter-virtual membrane spring that connects each node on the surface of the organ and the membrane surface node with respect to each virtual line, dispose a surficial direction spring that connects the adjoining membrane surface nodes on the simulated membrane surface, and form a simulated organism.
