Abstract:

Disclosed is a method of managing accuracy in dispensing whereby it is possible to markedly reduce maintenance time including checking of accuracy in dispensing. Also disclosed are a method of correcting dispensing volume, a method of managing agitating performance, an automatic analyzing device, and an analyzing kit. Specifically, an automatic analyzing device (1) comprises a dispensing control unit (46a) that performs control such that different Raman reagents are dispensed into reaction vessels (20) of the device (1) using dispensing probes, such that the Raman reagents dispensed into the reaction vessels (20) are agitated, such that the Raman reagents are photometrically analyzed by a photometric unit (34), and such that the Raman reagents are analyzed by an analyzing unit (43); a calculating unit (46b) that calculates dispensing volumes of the dispensing probes from the densities of the Raman reagents; a determining unit (46c) that determines whether or not abnormal dispensing occurs on the basis of the calculated dispensing volumes of the dispensing probes; and an output unit (45) that issues a warning on abnormal dispensing when the determining unit (46c) determines that abnormal dispensing occurs.
