Abstract:
[Problem] To inhibit unauthorized use of artwork while ensuring accessibility to artwork. [Solution] The method for managing artwork according to the present invention is executed by one or more computers. The method comprises: a detection step for causing a first computer included in the one or more computers to detect artwork contained in a website; a determination step for causing the first computer to determine whether or not there is a record, in a blockchain network, regarding a purchase transaction indicating purchase of the artwork detected in the detection step; and a transmission step for causing the first computer to, if it is determined in the determination step that there is no record, transmit a report indicating that unauthorized use of the artwork has been found.
