Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first step of manufacturing a first optical control member 13 by forming in a first transparent flat plate 11 a plurality of first vertical holes 12 passing through the first transparent flat plate 11 in the thickness direction and radially arranged with a reference point X as the center in plan view, with each vertical surface 17 on both sides of each first vertical hole 12 along the longitudinal direction thereof forming a first vertical optical reflection portion 18; a second step of manufacturing a second optical control member 16 by forming in a second transparent flat plate 14 a plurality of second vertical holes 15 passing through the second transparent flat plate 14 in the thickness direction, curved in an arc, and concentrically arranged with a reference point Y as the center in plan view, with each vertical surface 19 on both sides of each second vertical hole 15 along the longitudinal direction thereof forming a second vertical optical reflection portion 20; and a third step of stacking and bonding the first and second optical control members 13, 16 such that the reference points X, Y overlap with each other in plan view.
