Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aluminum anodized film having a pillar-on-pore structured surface and to aluminum coated with an anodized film having a pillar-on-pore structured surface, manufactured using same. In the present invention, an anodized aluminum layer formed on the surface of aluminum is provided with pillar-on-pore forms for pore morphology, diameter, and density through control of anodization voltage and time and etching time by using phosphoric acid as an electrolyte for anodization, whereby a sufficient pore size can be secured without separate pore expansion and tertiary anodization. Thus, the present invention has an advantageous effect of achieving a bundle-type pillar-on-pore structure even though skipping the two processing steps, and has an economic effect of manufacturing aluminum having a controlled 3-dimensional anodized film structure at low cost in a short time.
