Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an amorphous soft magnetic core using alloy powder and an amorphous soft magnetic core. The method for manufacturing an amorphous soft magnetic core according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing alloy powder having a predetermined particle size; a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing the manufactured alloy powder and a binder; a cold forming step of pressing the mixture with a predetermined pressure using a cold press; a hot forming step of pressing the cold-formed mixture with a predetermined pressure using a hot press in a vacuum state; and a step of heat-treating the hot-formed mixture. The pressure applied in the hot-forming step may be applied at a relatively lower pressure than the pressure applied in the cold-forming step.
