Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for separating polysaccharides from a seaweed and polysaccharides obtained by the method, the method comprising: a pretreatment step of aging a seaweed at 20-50 °C and extracting same with a solvent to remove salts and color materials; a step of extracting, with hot water, the seaweed from which salts and color materials have been removed; a step of separating the hot-water extracted seaweed according to size; and a step of purifying the seaweed separated according to size, at 40-60 °C.
