Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing custom order shoes with which it is possible to achieve a reduction in production time and a reduction in cost, and with which a fit matching the foot of the customer can be obtained. [Solution] This method includes a wooden pattern creating step (S20) for producing a last that matches the foot of a customer, on the basis of foot shape data relating to the customer, a shoe upper knitting/shaping step (S30) for sewing upper fabric by means of three-dimensional knitting, and then retaining the shape of an upper portion with the last inserted, and a shoe completion step (S40) for selectively attaching an insole and an outsole to the upper portion, wherein, by coordinating the abovementioned steps, it is possible to provide, in a short time, a shoe with which a fit matching the foot of the customer can be obtained.
